Todd Hanna is a double board certified, dual-degree (MD, DDS) Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon and a Head and Neck Reconstructive Surgeon. He is also double-fellowship trained in Head & Neck Oncologic Surgery, and Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery of the face, head, neck, and jaws. He maintains a private office on the intersection of Park Avenue and 60th Street, and a faculty appointment at Lenox Hill Hospital, Northwell Health System (formerly North Shore-LIJ) within the Department of Head & Neck Surgery.

Reconstructive & Microvascular Surgery
This is the stage of treatment after tumor removal or trauma. Microvascular surgery, specifically, is the transplantation of one body part, called a “flap”, to rebuild another. Flaps can be composed of skin, muscle, or bone. Tiny blood vessels from the flap are sewn to vessels in the neck using a microscope (micro-vascular). Dr. Hanna is fellowship trained in all aspects of reconstructive surgery of the face, head, neck and jaws.
